  1. Unbox the toothbrush and charger. 2. Fully charge the toothbrush before using it for the first time. 3. Wet the toothbrush head and apply toothpaste. 4. Press the button once to start brushing with the default mode. 5. Move the toothbrush gently along your teeth and gums in a circular motion. 6. The toothbrush will automatically turn off after the dentist-recommended 2-minute brushing time is complete. 7. Rinse the toothbrush head and store it in a dry place. 8. Regularly clean the toothbrush head and charging base for optimal performance and hygiene.
